Here in Michigan I’m seeing ALOT of adds from MAGA highlighting the border crisis as almost everyone else is seeing. But they’re talking about the vote of those of middle eastern ancestry and the Green Party’s attempt to steal votes from democratic candidates. Also, we see ads talking about Elissa Slotkin and her votes to “ban” gas powered cars in favor of EV’s.
I would feel better about dems chances here in Michigan if KH came here and met those voters in Dearborn directly and hopefully satisfy some of their concerns about Gaza. Also talk to autoworkers and emphasize her position on E.V. mandates emphasizing that she doesn’t want to “ban” gas powered cars NOW. That issue is killing dems here in Michigan. EVERY MAGA ad for Slotkin here has E.V. mandates claims in it, mostly false. And I’m really worried about the Green Party stirring up resentment of middleastern heritage voters here. Every voter who doesn’t vote for KH/TW votes for MAGA. To enable DNC to hold the senate and get KH in the WH Michigan HAS to vote blue.
