We're using the States Project Giving Circles for two reasons 1) They're experts in strategizing in flipping key seats; they were the largest outside donor in Michigan as we flipped the House, which few expected, for instance and 2) the Circles emphasize social giving and bringing people in, making it a sustained effort.
