Thank you for showing me that I’m not the only one who remembers this & for the life of me, can’t understand what in the hell is wrong with this countrys 4th estate. You hit the nail on the head as to why they don’t touch on Russia/Putin connection.
The fact is that Americans move on from 1 news cycle to the next, catching 30 sec sound bites & with the immediate Trump onslaught of 1 salacious tweet after another, 1 blaring scandal after another, Kellyanne alternate facts the gop stepping up & towing the line… billionaires flooding all their pockets with money & corporate media just rolling in the $$ bcs trump was instant clickbait & everyone watched just to see what he would do or say next… boy did they make the profits- all the while shutting down the investigative journalism & focusing on getting reporters to just repeat what everyone else says- no actual checking on the facts - just repeating it.. ie: the number of ppl at the NJ rally- the venue only holds 20,000 ppl, Trump campaign said 80,000-100,000 were there & EVERY outlet just reported it as fact!!!
Anyway, I digress & rant on & on.

Yet....why is there no investigation into GOP or RNC. It's plain to see by anyone with a 6th grade education that the republican party is corrupt, treasonous, & anti-democratic. It's pathetic.
Not only that, but because of his past dirty deeds in protecting Reagan/CIA Bush from impeachment & criminal indictment, there is no way in hell he should ever of been allowed to come back to the WH as an appointee. They better get some laws in that congress, because I'm sick of republicans thinking they're above the law, lying 24/7, & acting like rich people should get tax cuts. That's the biggest B.S. of all. As a political party of the U.S. one would THINK that any party presenting as fascist & accepting dictator-style rule should have been held to account, sued, investigated, & dismantled by now.
