It is unconscionable that the media has largely allowed Trump to get away with playing politics with the life of Evan Gershkovich and admitting that he talked with Putin about his invasion of Ukraine before it happened. Both instances are likely violations of the Logan Act.
The arrogance of the press right now is mind-blowing. Their unattributed leaks (now about Biden, but in the future about Trump) will land them in prison when NYT v. Sullivan falls as soon as an opportunity arrives at SCOTUS.
