I would hesitate to pin trump's racism, sexism, abuse, etc. on any sort of illness (mental or otherwise) rather than who he is as a person and has been for his whole life. it's wierd as both a cognitively disabled and mentally ill person who has never done or wanted to do ANY of those things to see people trying to explain or name an evil by comparing it to people like you. His cognitive decline of late is relevant, but the claims before that are wild. Consider that for a bit and that we are not an insult. thank you.

My point is we can't know that for sure. But we know his behavior has always trended toward worse.
