To your point, I believe in democracy, most billionaires would sacrifice the planet and all living beings on it for their greed.

How do we get their money out of politics?

At last! It’s been finally said that we cannot have the billionaires in our party! Maybe this past exercise in futility that was the 2024 Presidential election has provided the sensible move against the filthy rich and toward togetherness for the ordinary people. We, the people, does not include billionaires! Tax them in equal percentages to everyone else and they’ll still be disgustingly rich, but we’ll be ok.

We cannot accomplish our goals without refusing to be mindless consumers that keep the oligarchs perpetually richer and richer. Vote with your wallet. No Black Friday. No Cyber Monday. No Christmas shopping. No conspicuous consumption. But that's only the beginning. What about living from paycheck to paycheck?
