The Michigan State Team of Democrats Abroad asked me to speak about the importance of going downballot.
It's happening today, Sunday, September 22, to help remind Democrats outside the US that your ballots became available on Saturday, September 21, and YOU SHOULD REQUEST THEM.
I prepared a presentation outlining the importance of investing in the ballot and what I've learned from hiring myself full-time to work for democracy. And I'll talk about what I've learned from guests who've shared their wisdom with my earlyworm podcast, including Jennifer Mercieca, Melissa Walker, Charles Gaba, and Zo Tobi.
